Player can only edit his char sheet, but not add anything

As the title suggests, one of five players in my game is unable to add anything to her char sheet.  We got around it so far, by me adding multiple empty entrys for everything and her editing it. Basicly, if she clicks the "+" Button anywhere on the sheet, simply nothing happens. We tried different browsers and deleteing old cache data, but nothing worked. The other 4 Players do not have that problem. I really hope, someone knows how to fix this Greez

Sounds like you probably tried some of these things already, but you should have the player go through the troubleshooting steps. <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues</a> Just out of curiosity, have you given permission to one of the other players to see if they can edit that sheet?&nbsp; Or give her permission to one of theirs to see if she can add a line on theirs?&nbsp; If working through those steps on the wiki doesn't work, and she can't manipulate a sheet that works for the other players just fine, she might want to see if she can check through another machine (friend, library, or whatever).&nbsp; If that works, then it is likely some sort of problem with her computer (OS settings, security software, etc.).
