Players can't see Transmogrified pages

I am DMing a LMoP game. I recently upgraded to a pro account so I could transmogrify some pages from the essentials kit into my game. Though I was able to to move several pages and tokens, when i tried to move my players to one of the new pages all they saw was a completely black rectangle. No map, no grid, no tokens. They were able to see transmogrified tokens on a page from the original module though. Anybody know how to fix this?

Are you using UDL? If so, try resetting permanent darkness. Edit -- better directions: from the pallet on the left, hover over the eye, choose either the clear eye (for all clear) or the barred eye (for all concealed) and then click on "reset darkness" at bottom of the menu.

Doublecheck that the settings for both the tokens and the pages are correct, and check these: <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Community_FAQ#Players_see_only_black" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Community_FAQ#Players_see_only_black</a> It could be a case of mismatch between UDL and LDL settings for that specific map page.
