5e incorrect value on skill

I have a puzzler of an issue, been trying to figure out for 3 hours.  For some reason, I'm getting a random +10 on an Arcana skill on one character sheet.  The value should be 6 (2 from Int, 4 from Prof), but it's saying 16.  I checked for expertise, and that's not causing an issue. It's set for normal, and adding expertise makes in 20.  The character wasn't made in Charactermancer, there's no coded race or class abilities, there's no coded gear. It's all added in generically.  If I adjust the Int score, it adjusts with that random +10.  All SRD spells were pulled in, however non-SRD spells were manually added, but none of them would randomly give a +10 to Arcana.  And Arcana is the only one, everything else adds up right. Any ideas of what to check?

Check the sheet settings tab to make sure that Arcana doesn't have anything added to it specifically? Check to see if there is an equipment mod? Open the Attributes and abilities tab and do a search on "Arcana" or failing that, "10" to see if you can track down the culprit?
