DM rating or review system.

I had a frustrating experience recently through the LFG forum. I found a game I was interested in, got accepted into the game and began prepping with the DM and other players on Discord. The day of the game there is no communication from the DM leading up to 'play time', no updates to the game on Roll20, and eventually I spent 3 hours hanging around waiting for the game to begin. There has still been no communication from the DM, not a word. Had I known this person was going to be unreliable, I would not have joined their campaign, and more over, I would not have declined invitations for other groups. It was an enormous waste of my time developing a character for a game that, from the current state of communication, will never run. What about the possibility that players can post reviews or report behaviour of DM's like this, I think it could work for potential good DM's as well, cementing their reputation. It seems that 'hours played' and 'hours dm'd' doesn't necessarily equate to reliability.
