It seems somewhat unclear to me, how one would get support for that, but I can tell you that a lot of Bug Report threads here on the forum have been going unanswered and seemingly ignored in recent months. From a Roll20 Dev Team member, Drespar, in another thread, he said that people should be directed to use the "Help Center" feature of roll20. Look along the top in the drop-down menus for Help Center and try that too. He also said there were staffing issues resulting from Covid and that they plan to get back to answering forum questions in the future. Good luck Angelo!
