A pull request for an update on a script was successfully approved but the one click is broken for some reason. I have tried to tag the roll20 staff member that did the merge but i never got any replies from him or any staff member in the past 3-4 days. What does one have to do to get some roll20 support around here? link to the closed (but broken) pull request that was merged: <a href="https://github.com/Roll20/roll20-api-scripts/pull/1234" rel="nofollow">https://github.com/Roll20/roll20-api-scripts/pull/1234</a>

It seems somewhat unclear to me, how one would get support for that, but I can tell you that a lot of Bug Report threads here on the forum have been going unanswered and seemingly ignored in recent months. From a Roll20 Dev Team member, Drespar, in another thread, he said that people should be directed to use the "Help Center" feature of roll20. Look along the top in the drop-down menus for Help Center and try that too. He also said there were staffing issues resulting from Covid and that they plan to get back to answering forum questions in the future. Good luck Angelo!

I am seeing what I can do to pass this on to folks who can do something about it. You have my sympathies. I've had similar issues myself. Of course, most of them were my own ignorant fault.
Hey Angelo, Appreciate you providing the PR in question. It is unlikely this will be resolved of the weekend, but it will be seen for sure that there appears to still be an issue. Sorry for the trouble :(
