Macro for players to make a handout?

I want to give a player the ability to make handouts because they are making their own flora and fauna journall. I know they could just use one single handout and edit it as they find more things but i still want to know if there is a way for me to allow them to click a button and let the macro create a handout with the name they chose? I am fairly new to using roll20 so im not sure if this is possible

It would be entirely possible with the API. Without it, the best bet is to give them a pool of blank handouts to edit, and replenish it from time to time.
