HI was just wondering if anybody could explain what the [W] stands for when using powers? for example Hit: 1[W] + Dex. What does the [W] mean? i cant find an explanation anywhere! If anybody can help would be much appreciated.

Weapon or Implement. For example, if you use a long sword (it does 1d8 dmg) and the power says you deal 1[w] damage, you roll 1d8. If it said you do 2[w] damage, you would roll 2d8.

To expand a little: If you have a weapon that does 3d6, then 1[W] is 3d6 while 2[W] would be 6d6.
