Tokens not dropping from Journal

Hi, I am using the curse of Strahd Module and I am unable to drop any of the monsters form my Journal. I am clicking on the name and not the bars. lol The other tokens are working. I can drop tokens for my characters and tokens for monsters from the compendium but not from my journal. There are monsters already placed on the map too and they seem to be full functioning. Oh and last thing I recently converted to the new lighting system to see if that would fix it but alas it did not Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Is the problem that no monster at all is dropped, or that you get a generic token? Have you opened the journal and clicked "Edit" to ensure that a default token is attached? If that's not the issue, the basic troubleshooting steps are pasted below below. If they don't narrow down the issue, use the log from step 4 to file a  Help Center Request Could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

Hi!  The issue is that no token is being dropped when I try to pull from the Journal. I cleared my Cache, checked my extensions and its is occurring on both browsers This issue is only happening with monsters that were automatically put in my Journal by the Curse of Strahd Module. I am going to proceed to step 4
