Facing the Dragon

Having hired an airship to bring us to the gap, sadly, hours before my brother did the exact same thing. We found the area to be plagued by storms and we could not get very close to the centre of the gap. Shortly upon landing, we found ourselves beset by Remorhaz, centipede like huge creatures, likely defending their home, exactly why the Clan has had such trouble expanding into the area. They proved to be very difficult to defeat, but with careful planning, we were able to successfully eliminate the threat. Further travels north we encountered 5 giants, possible frost giants, while they were attempting to loot a crashed and frozen airship. We provided some offerings and managed to move past them without incident. The final confrontation with Zirit was a difficult battle. We defeated her children, however, she proved to be an incredible challenge...and to this very moment, remains undefeated...
What the hell have we gotten ourselves into?  After almost being bitten and burned to death by a Remorhaz who literally found out he had bitten off more than he could chew, we found the wreckage of Throndomir's airship being picked over by a bunch of frost giants.  No sign of the Dwarven usurper.  We negotiated passage and then found ourselves fighting for our lives with Zirit and her children.  It took some work to kill the children and now we are faced off against the dragoness herself.  Sedriss has been downed twice.  I'm trying my best to keep him alive but I am running out of spells.  I am immune to cold but don't have much in offensive spells left. I hope Gnippity or Tari has something magical up their sleeves.  We may be down to throwing rocks.
This is a bad tactical situation. We found the dragon, and killed her children, but we are currently still dealing with her, and we are very low on spells, and I am down to very little health, I have one trick left, but thats it, and I can't get up for long enough to use it. anyway after this we will need to hold up and regain pour strength before we head out. I think as long as we keep her out of our faces we should be ok.
