Other characters cannot see the map

I have a question, do all the players have to purchase the same module to see the map, cause when they come in, the map pulls up black for them, i myself can see everything like i should, i don't know if its something i am doing wrong or if it is roll 20 itself

No, the players shouldn't have to buy the module. It is likely token vision and/or page lighting settings at play here. E.g dynamic lighting enabled but no light sources and nobody with DV, tokens not having vision, etc.
okay would anyone be willing to help out?

Sure. Go to your page settings and see what type of Dynamic Lighting you are using (UDL or LDL). Then, double click the tokens and make sure they have sight (LDL) or have the Vision toggle on (UDL). Then, if nobody has darkvision, they will need light sources to be able to see anything. Add tokens to the map that emit light (again, from the token settings for the appropriate DL).

If you go to the dynamic lighting layer, are there any sight blocking lines? If not, that could explain them seeing the far away light, potentially through the walls. Walls in an image don't mean anything, as only lines on the DL layer will block sight. If there *are* lines on the DL layer, then check the "controlled by" property of your light source tokens. If they are controlled by players (explicitly, or "all players"), the players will "see" through that light source token. Remove those permissions and it should be good.
i am having some trouble figureing this out would you mind if i actually got you into a game?
