Unable to load/access character sheets

Hello.

I was making a character earlier today and after taking a break for a bit, the character sheet would no longer work. It continuously displaying a loading icon with no indication of any progress. I saw the tweet roll 20 made and figured that it would be fixed eventually. It has been several hours after the their follow-up tweet saying the issue has resolved, and I am still unable to access my (or anyone else's) character sheet. Here is what I have tried:

• Exiting and reentering the game
• Signing out of roll 20 and signing back in
• Closing the tab and launching roll 20 from a new one
• Restarting my computer all together then relaunching the browser/game
• Looking at another character sheet of another player (i'm not gming this game so I didn't have access to edit the sheet if that matters)
• Opening a different game and looking at my character in that game (it also was a different system: D&D 5e opposed to 40K Wrath and Glory)

In every case the same spinning half circle would appear, saying the sheet was loading, and never go away, making me unable to access my character sheet. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue or if this is a continuation of the bug from earlier today?

I have exactly the same issue, and my games take a really long time to be launched to sometimes, the bugs are simply not corrected I think.

This is good to know it is not just me, I have a game tonight and I was trying to do some prep but I cant access any of my monster sheets or characters.  I was wondering if it had something to do with my bandwidth or something.  So has anyone heard if there is any progress with this.

Happening with me too, I really hope that they resolve this soon.

Also having that problem- weirdly enough in ONE game only, not in any others I run or am playing in...

This happened in my game last night. AS GM I could load character sheets for the first few minutes I had the app open, then when I went back later in the game to open a different one I'd get a window with a spinning circle that never loaded the info.

Pretty much the same as above. My players and I have been unable to load character sheets as well. We're using the Rise of the Runeloards module. I didn't have any issues opening up module content. Just pc character sheets.

We just issued a temporary rollback for some recent updates so we can thoroughly investigate the issues reported. For anyone that had been experiencing these, please refresh your game.

The rollback should not affect any work you've done in your game, just the character sheet and game loading issues.

It's working again for me!

My character sheets open and work 100%. My problem is with handouts that open once and then I need to refresh the page so I can open them again. I posted a thread about it and I was redirected here. I am not sure if this is the case for my problem since character sheets work 100%. 

It's still taking a long time for me

just trying to enter my game only causes my browser to crash

It is working for me as well just so you know.  I appreciate it.

I'm still having issues with character sheets and have submitted a support ticket (#48220).

I also submitted a help request for the Shadowrun Sixth World character sheet that is no longer loading it's css.  Ticket #48217.  To be clear this is for ALL users of the sheet and no changers were made by the developer (me) since the Monday pull-request was accepted, things worked fine until the enhanced character sheet code was put in, the roll back has not been a complete roll back and has not fixed the issue.
