Cant load any character sheets

Every time I try to load a character sheet I just keep getting the loading symbol. I noticed yesterday there was an error message with people having trouble loading them but that message has since gone but I'm still having the same issue Please help.  Thank you.

Are you using the VTT Enhancement Suite extension?  I had this problem yesterday (and still do) but if I turn off VTTES then the character sheet opens ok. I suspect Roll20 has changed something recently that causes an issue with VTTES. I believe (looking at the VTTES Discord channel) that the VTTES developer is aware of the issue. He generally responds quickly to issues, but obviously it depends how much of a rewrite he needs to make to regain compatibility with any R20 changes. If the problem you are seeing does go away if you turn off the VTTES extension, then I doubt you'll get any help for it on here ;-) (edit) - and if you find it is a problem with VTTES, check for the latest update of that extension - the dev has today released an update which fixes this problem (for me at any rate)

My brother's game is having this problem and he does not use the VTTES. My games take a few seconds to load the sheets.

It is a browser plugin, which adds some features and capabilities to Roll20,but can cause difficulties when reporting issues.

Same! None of my players could open their characters yesterday. 

Also having the same issue. Switched to another browser, which lagged hard, but could eventually open the sheet. That's not really a solution, however, and doesn't explain what's going on.

Thank you all for the reports. We're investigating some issues right now and will be updating this thread as soon as we're able.
