Assets Seem To Be Broken

After I have uploaded new assets and go to tokens to see them I keep getting a blank box. This has been happening for a week or two now. The pics I upload appear on my Roll20 tables but not in my Art Library when searching for the name of the file just uploaded... I only see a box with a broken page symbol. Please go to the art library tab and click on the black star. Then check the tag name for your images and check to see if that tag works.

Now my campaigns are greyed out when I log in to them and I can't even manipulate the Exit button. Wth is going on?

Oh I checked the tags as well and the pic is blank and the tags do not work :(

So my current assets are still blank after upload in the Art Library... still need this fixed please.

The part of interest is the last two entries that start with "Body drop!"

Oddly enough my Paint program has been saving images in both upper and lowercase extensions. From what I have read about this subject on the net is that it could cause an impact on some severs to link pictures incorrectly. I downloaded a different pic editor program call IrfanView (which allows batch renaming) and it saved a sample pic of mine as .jpg while Paint was doing .JPG. for the same image.

Yes... Only .jpg or other lowercase extensions will work on this site. I have spoken to others that have uploaded pics with .JPG and those pics appear blank in their asset libraries too.
