More info would probably help... see guidelines from other sites used for recruiting artists like DeviantArt or Cartographer's Guild. Commission?Subject? Style? Quality and size? Time Constraits? Copyright? Generally prospective artists want to know if it's paid or unpaid, what is the expected turnaround time or deadline if any, & some idea of what kind of art you are looking for, to help filter whether it fits with the person's skills or interests. Hope this helps in your quest!
