Animated Backgrounds don't work for me. Using chrome, i have a 5mb file. When I upload it. It doesnt show so i have to refresh it. It shows up but doesn't play in the library. when i put it on the canvas its just a blurry picture. its a webm file.
Animations are totally messed up currently.
