Blank characters sheets can't be deleted

This is the game I am asking for help with: <a href="https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/9826348/d-and-d-5e-legends-of-archaea" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/9826348/d-and-d-5e-legends-of-archaea</a> Will a sysadmin please delete those 60 or so blank character sheets? I have the same problem that several other people have reported over the past year. This guy, for example: <a href="https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/6254310/blank-character-sheets-causing-problems" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/6254310/blank-character-sheets-causing-problems</a> Same exact problem. I do not know where they came from. I have deleted them all in Firefox numerous times. I have deleted them all in Chrome once. I have cleared my cache. I can't get rid of these 60 or so blank character sheets. I have clicked that confirmation box that says "This cannot be undone" literally hundreds of times, but it can be and is undone, every time. Do I need to go through the whole console log etc. stuff? It's the exact same thing other people have reported. I won't be telling you anything new. Thank you.

Just for fun, here are some other things I have tried. I moved each character to the Archive folder, thinking that if I could not delete them, at least I could get them out of the way. Close game. Open game. I now have 60+ characters in the Archive folder, and the original 60+ blank characters in the journal. I restored them from the archive folder, then tried going into each sheet and deleting them that way (click to open, click Edit, click the Delete button, click the confirmation box; rather using the Journal list Delete context menu item). Nope: they all came back. So now I have 120 or so blank character sheets I can't delete.

Have you filed a&nbsp; Help Center Request ? Reports on the forum aren't generally seen by devs. Filing a report generates a ticket, which will be assigned to a team member.

It's confusing. I have lobbied for a name change to this subforum.

All 120 blank character sheets are still there, and the Roll20 staff have never replied to my help ticket. I've decided that Roll20 isn't for me, and I've deleted my game. Thanks for the suggestions, Keith.

I am having the same issues. Hopefully they can come up with a solution
