My Players only see a spinning loading circle when they open their character sheets.

I have been using Roll20 for years now and have never run into this problem. I have started a new game. My players are unable to access their sheets to create their characters. They are correctly attached in their journals and are listed as editors. When they open the sheets to create their characters they get an unending loading circle. They have tried reloading their browser (they are using Safari), I have tried making new sheets, and I have even tried making a new game. I am at a bit of a loss. Any advice? Brad

You should probably have them go through the troubleshooting steps. Step 1 is to use a supported browser (which Safari is not): https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues
Thanks. Yeah I had him download Chrome and it seemed to help with the issue. Thanks for the reply!
