Looking for DM, prefer POC - Willing to Pay

Hi folks!  I am ending a game I'm DMing and am looking to join another one to fill the time, but this time as a player.  About Me and what I'm looking for You can call me Cucub (he/him). I'm 28 years old and a philosophy PhD student. I also do paid DMing myself on the side. It is important to me that my DM be inclusive to lgbt+ folk, women, and people of color (POC). While my preferred DM need not be POC, I am a bit tired of playing the same Medieval-Europe inspired fantasy settings (I don't consider Chult/Tomb of Annihilation to be great at representing African inspired fantasy settings). For instance - I have a homebrewed world called La Gripa that is loosely based off of Mesoamerica and the Mexican revolution. It is full of homebrewed creatures like La Llorona, the Chupacabra, and magical realism. Another example - I consider The Fifth Season by NK Jemisin to be one of the most unique fantasy and magic settings in the last few decades. Children of Blood and Bone by Tomi Adeyemi also has a great fantasy setting and African influences. I have to admit that as an old white guy DM, it is hard finding jpegs of POC as wizards, fighters and so on for my D&D games. I want my games to both  be great epics and be inclusive of all peoples.
