[LFG][5E] Beginner looking for a good D&D time

Hiya! Tryko here, a 27 year old chill dude with a passion for gaming in most forms. I'm new to Roll20, but very eager to play some D&D and am looking for a group that'd welcome someone with limited experience. I've played a couple of sessions of 3.5E years ago and a bit of a learning session here on Roll20 to figure out how it works. Other than that I've played D&D-based PC games like Baldur's Gate and Icewind Dale, and I used to love reading through Legend of Drizzt books. So while I do understand basics to a degree, and have some idea of how things are supposed to work, I'd absolutely categorize myself as a newbie. I'm usually a quick learner though, and I am motivated to learn more. Because of my schedule I can reliably attend only on Saturdays and Sundays 7:00PM or later GMT+1, but maybe something else could also be worked with. I have no real preference of campaign type and I'd be willing to play pretty much any kind of character that would fit the party/setting, though if forced to blindpick I guess Sorcerer. I'm open to new experiences and always enjoy good world-building. Would prefer Discord voice comms over anything, but along with everything else I'm not setting that in stone. Also English isn't my native tongue, and while I do have a pretty good grasp on it you should expect Eastern European accent and the occasional grammar mistake. Feel free to shoot me up with any questions you might have, or anything really. Looking forward to adventurin' with you! EDIT: I'd prefer free games for now, since I am very green and don't yet have a 100% clear picture of how everything is operating.
Hey, I'm running Waterdeep dragon heist on Friday 9 GMT+1 which is a heist/investigative module with many opportunities for combat as well, however, it is a paid to play game being 10$ per session, If you are interested then pm me here and we can talk more about it. If you are not interested then I hope you find a great and fun game in the future.
Thank you very much for the offer, but for now I'd prefer free games. I apologize for not mentioning that, I'll edit it in.
Hi there, I'm looking for a group for an animal based campaign with mostly homebrew rules, pulling base rules from 3.5 and 5e. We are planning to do weekends, most likely between noon and 7 pm EST, which is GMT-4. Planning to use discord for voice chat and obviously roll20 for maps and characters
