Character Sheet Translation Beyond the Wall - Noob Questions

Hi all, sorry for asking questions that for sure have been answered dozens of times, but l am profoundly confused. D: I want to translate the Character Sheet for Beyond the Wall and Other Adventures. There is a json on crowdin and I translated the given terms in the online editor. What now? Do I have to submit this somewhere or does someone somewhere get a notification about the translation automatically? And is there a possibility to see a preview of the translation? Some of the terms are longer in german than they were in englisch and I am not sure about how that works out on the actual character sheet. Thanks for bearing with me Huhn
