I understand growing pains, but this is a paid service. 1) It's very frustrating when your party is ready to play but the website will not load for anyone. 2) It takes me much longer to plan my sessions than it should because I spend so much time waiting for objects to load. I even tried to prepare during "non-peak" hours and the upload is still painfully slow, and often results in cloud flare errors on roll20 servers. 3) This is a paid service, but won't be much longer if the bandwidth is not upgraded soon. You have a great service, if it was usable.
