Private Server Support

Score + 71
Hello! I'm unsure of how often this is talked about, but I would love it if Roll20 had support for private servers.   These past few weeks has been - in short- pretty rough for Roll20s stability, with something breaking on site very often.  While it's appreciated that Roll20 is doing everything they can do to build a stable foundation to minimize these downtimes in the future, it becomes increasingly frustrating and difficult for someone like myself who runs a D&D show and has this be their livelyhood. Other modern VTTs have allowed private servers to be hosted so that the responsibility falls more on the individual instead of the VTT platform themselves - allowing VTTs to focus on ways to improve their platform - instead of splitting focus on their own server management.  Having this option would also allow the cost to fall more on the user, and not just Roll20 themselves. With internet D&D show continuously on the rise, and not stopping anytime soon, this would be a great way to display the power of the VTT platform itself, instead of judging it on it's site instability.  Having the options for players to operate their own private servers would provide, I believe, more peace of mind for all involved. Thank you for reading.
This is such a fantastic idea. Ideally, those like you who absolutely need a solid connection will use private servers; that may also free up the main R20 servers for those still on them.
This is an awesome idea!
Han anything been done to facilitate this idea?
