Completely lost content

Good morning! I submitted a ticket last night about this, but hopefully setting up a thread can help others! Last night, my group started our 19th session for Rime of the Frostmaiden. I have put in COUNTLESS hours updating the maps to be the way i need them for clarity and ease. I had purchased the bundle from Roll20 to make it easier than handcrafting ALL the maps ;) As i was moving my party to the world map (pregened map that i had individual markings of notation on) and the ENTIRE map was blank like when i first got it. I looked at a few more maps and every one that was of the pregen list was completely wiped of everything i had done on them. The only maps untouched were the custom created maps. This is a HUGE setback for me, if it cant be fix (rolled back via backup) im looking at another 8-10 hours of resetting up the maps. Huge bummer :(

Try again today.  It could have been poor performance and map was simply not loading.
I did earlier right before i posted. Unfortunately all of the maps remain the same.
I believe it happened because of the last update. Last week (we play on Thursdays) there were no issues.
Same thing happened here.  Updated tables, and today log in to find all the image uploaded recently were gone.
Just checked again, and its definitely been wiped. Its like all of the maps from the module were "factory reset". Quite upsetting.
Is there an update you can share here? Did you file a support request? Was there any response?
Unfortunately, no update. I have not heard anything from Roll20 yet.
I believe that there was a big cock-up with update 1.4 for Rime of the Frostmaiden which removed lots of maps, so they put out update 1.5 to put back the maps that disappeared in 1.4. But it looks like this resets the maps back to their original version, rather than keeping any modifications you might have made. I haven't updated my ROTF campaign yet specifically because of this issue. I think I'm still on 1.3.
So, continuing the update: The most contact i have had from Roll20 is an email notification that my ticket has been escalated. In my ticket i had asked if there was a way to rollback the update via backup, but i have not received any response or notification. Looks like i will have to rebuild my maps, and seriously consider switching platforms next campaign. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of follow-up or seeming concern by Roll20 to correct a mistake they made in the first place.

I have heard enough chatter to know that this is in fact a matter of high concern that devs have moved schedules around to address. Consider: if 50 people have this problem, then the concern goes up, but the communication must go down in order for time to be spent on a problem. If 200 people have an issue, it becomes even more extreme. Silence might equal disinterest, but it more likely represents someone who is busy. We should know more after the blog post-mortem this week.
