Get log on a Wrong account

Like the two topics that i have link, i have an issue, I have just done a Restore of my Windows so i get log out of everything. So when i try o log in on roll20 i'm log with the wrong account , an account of 2015 and not my account of 2021 where i've paid my 50 bucks subscription. I'm here with the wrong account and cannont get log on the other one, the URL of the 2021 account is 8268905 and the one i'm on now is 918237 . And the problem is they are both connected to the same Mail adresses. I have no idea what to do. Go to the top and find "HELP CENTER" and send a help center request.&nbsp; That might help with getting a response from Roll20 Team staff. You need to log-out, and hit Log In and enter the email address used for your account #8268905. Must be a different email.&nbsp; Hopefully Help Center can help you straighten it out.

Account 8268905 has the same Mail , before this problem i've logged myself in and out with this account and mail without a problem but now it takes me to the old account when i'm logged myself with the Mail (and i'm 100% that 8268905 has the same mail, i tried all my adresses as a security.) I also Send a request on Help Center, i'm waiting for an Answer

And the solution of saying i fogot my password, i've already done that to , but it change the old account password and dont touch the new account

This might be long shot, but depending on how you restored windows, its possible you still have cookies and caches that redirecting to the wrong account. I'd try opening incognito or private browsing. Also make sure you are not running add ons in you browser or password storage. See if that helps.

Another option would be to create a temporary e-mail address and change the e-mail associated with the account that you are currently logged into to the temporary address. This might then allow you to access the other account via its currently set e-mail address.
