[suggestion] Card Decks - draw any card from deck

I would like to be able to deal/draw an exact card from the deck. Example; I've created a "Conditions" deck and I want to give a player a given condition. Currently I deal myself (as GM) the entire deck x4 (in case multiple players have the same coinciding conditions) and give players a condition card when it applies. It would be nice to just hand out a given card from a finite or infinite deck depending on your needs. Can you think of any other uses for drawing a given card from a deck? Would this be a worthwhile feature to add?

Card games obviously come to mind. It's hard to search through a deck per some game rule at the moment.

For games that let you search through the deck and retrieve a specific card if it isn't already on play, such as a character from Arkham Horror that starts with a particular companion from the companion deck.
It also might be nice to stack the deck for story telling purposes or so you can deal with effects like "Look at the 3 highest cards. Arrange them in any order and put them back on the deck." Fortune's Fool is another example of a game that would greatly benifit from more detailed deck mechanics.
I'd love to use a deck as an inventory system! They used a potion? Just remove it from their hand. Could also be, with some fiddling, used as a druid's wild-shape...
+1 I would love this feature. I came into the forum specifically to suggest it. I have a few games I would like to build on roll20 which contain cards with effects that let you search through the deck for a specific card. Very clunky to do right now, especially since I'd prefer to keep current hands and the discard pile intact. Dealing an entire deck to a player to search then becomes a memory game. "Okay, first discard all cards that weren't in the discard pile..." etc. All it needs is to give the deck the ability to open up like a hand does.

Could also be used to play Monopoly - the property cards could be a deck that is handed out as player's purchase them.

Monopoly property cards would be relatively easy to handle using the current system, deal them all and then put them in the discard deck. When you need to go through the cards you can just go through the discard deck.

Honestly, some the features that I'm trying to use the card decks for could be done by creating handouts. That said, due to the organizational limitations of the current system (tag/archive), creating too many handouts quickly turns into a quagmire. Card decks as an inventory system for equipment, spells, abilities, powers, magical items, boons, conditions, notes\reminders, etc. would be very beneficial in my opinion. AND add an alternative organizational system (folders/sub-folders).
