Sheetlock

Hello! i am having a bit of a conundrum, one of my player's character sheets is softlocked in charactermancer. they were levelling up, and im unsure at what point it locked up however it currently sits in the " Welcome to Charactermancer Level up!" screen, and clicking the opt out, next and back to top buttons result in nothing, i am unsure what to do, and i was hoping to petition for some help with this matter! thank you in advance!

It's possible to try to forcefully exit the charactermancer by editing one of the attributes found on the Attributes & Abilities tab. Don't rememeber which attribute, but think ithad a short-ish name that included "mancer" in it. Make a copy of the sheet before starting to edit it, and then try delete/set to empty one of the attributes that has "mancer" in it's name, and see if it works. One of those "mancer" attributes is probably relevant for checking if a character can leveup again, so emptying the wrong attribute might softlock the sheet from being able to use the charmancer again, but not sure.
