Multiple versions of same character appear in journal on creation

Hello! I had a couple of characters die last session, and so I made new character sheets for the players. When I did, it made 2 copies of each sheet; when I deleted one, the other was deleted as well. It's my War for the Crown game, and the characters are Chris G... and Jason K... (I gave their full names as placeholders for the characters). I did some digging on the forums in case this was a known issue and found these threads: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/7524154/multiple-copies-of-characters https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/6133929/duplicate-character-in-journal So it looks like there's something in the backend that happened and that needs to change. I'm using Chrome, no extensions, and I cleared my cache (and rebooted my computer), and I still see this. I see a bunch of errors in the console, but most of them look like conflicts in trying to load http items over an https connection. I see from the threads above that the solution is for a Roll20 team member to 'unstick' the folder structure... is this something I can do? Is this a quirky glitch, or is my game cursed to forever make dupes of character sheets? Thank you in advance! -Dave

Hi Dave, I don't think there is anything you can do to resolve the issue as an end user. Your best course of action is to report this in a Help Center Request . Though there has been a very noticeable and welcome increase in dev activity on the forums, a Help Center Request will guarantee that the issue will be seen, logged and assigned.
