Ch. 63: The Adventurers Take Back Falcon's Hunters' Lodge and Head to the Orc's Original Encampment!

Note: Due to a returning Roll20 Glitch, dice rolls macros on the sheets or in the DM's Journal did not save to the Chat Archive, so there is a lot of blanks after our names. However I noticed in my other games that had the same glitch recently, that rolls made from the API did show! Sirus: Huh. That's weird. Plus I think there's a feat to give yourself +5 init.   Sirus: Also persistent rage that allows sustaining a rage even when not being harmed.   Feralda: Persistent rage is good, but it's mainly there because 5e nerfed rage. Alright, plotting move now.   Dia Xiloscient: (I plan to move the fire sphere into the yard, to have an easy attack on whatever we may find there.)   Dungeon Master (GM): the tower orcs will likely throw javelins down ok Dia   Sirus: Would it be possible for Avery to grab a hold of the orc's spear from 30 feet with Mage Hand and stop him from being able to throw? javelin excuse me   Dia Xiloscient: It can only exert 10 pounds of force . . . Maybe slap it to mess up the aim?   Sirus: Yeah that could be something else.   Dungeon Master (GM): if that is the case I would have to say no, it would not keep the orc from tossing a javelin at you as you rush through the gate.   Feralda: There's no real anchor for the hand, so I imagien the hand grabs the javelin, and gets carried with it.   Sirus: Also Avery cannot reach the gate this turn anyways In fact, wouldn't the wooden palisade barrier give Avery partial cover? considering the angle on this?   Dungeon Master (GM): yes if you stay around the corner   Sirus: Then she will likely do that.   Dungeon Master (GM): ok : Avery 's turn is done. Marcy uses BA to rage, and uses the beast power to grow wings and then uses dash   Dungeon Master (GM): ok   Sirus: 30 feet move, and then 30 feet to get up top of the tower right here 30 feet flying I mean   Dungeon Master (GM): actually 35 if you account for battlements   Feralda: Oh no   Dungeon Master (GM): you need to get up over that   Sirus: Lemme check distances.   Feralda: I don't think she'd make it, if it's 35 ft up, after a 30 ft run. Unless maybe she flies the whole way, so she's going diagonally.   Dungeon Master (GM): you should be able to get close enough before you dash and fly to get up there they will still try to peg you as you fly up of course   Sirus: rage will be on   Dungeon Master (GM): two javelins   Feralda: Just don't try to run along the ground, then try going verticle. Ok so Marcy will do it then.
