How to download tokens and maps I made or uploaded myself?

Good day, I was looking for some way to get the maps and tokens I made for my games in this couple years onto my pc, how can I get them? I read that for tokens, i could use this link, but it's deprecated right now: https://marketplace.roll20.net/library/ Is there another way? Plus, this link seems to be useful only for token, not maps. Thank you very much!

If the maps are a single image, you can select the image on the VTT and press "Z", then right-click the zoomed image and save to your pc. If they are composite maps (made of many graphic elements), you're probably looking at a screenshot or something non-ideal like that.
