"No existing sandbox found. Preparing sandbox to start on game activity."

I have performed every suggestion on this forum and even on reddit. I have logged in with an alternate account into the game for which I am trying to use the API. I have disabled every extension. I've tried to run the API on chrome and firefox both. I have disabled my scripts on by one and then turned them on one by one in various orders. I've cleared my cache. I've restarted my computer. I've checked the console for discrepancies. I've even created an entirely separate game to test the exact same things for. It just does not work. I know it doesn't work for others too. I need the API desperately for my game and yet I'm being blocked off from running it.

Which APIs are you trying to run? Did you install them from the one-click or through cut and paste? The greatest likelihood is that you are missing some crucial step, since it's not a widespread problem. Are you actually running the game when checking the API window?
I've tried many different API's. I've tried installing either through one-click or copy and paste. Yes I'm running the game as I am testing. Nothing works. Also, it is in fact a widespread problem. I cannot recommend roll20 while this continues.

My offer from the other thread stands. I'd be happy to investigate. I have not had an API sandbox totally fail to load in years (with the exception of a couple of brief sitewide incidents last year.) I have seen a few scattered reports, but nothing that indicates a general failure. Usually it's something easily fixed. I can't remember, because this conversation is split between several threads, but did you file a  Help Center Request  with a console log report? If there is some connectivity issue that is preventing your computer from speaking to the site correctly (or vice versa) that might provide devs details.

Kris, Roll20 Pro allows someone on your game promoted to "Co-GM", to use your API sandbox page. Could you invite someone you trust, and I would recommend keithcurtis since he's offering, and let them test it? Alternately or additionally, again as Keith said, you may need to file a report in the Help Center wing of roll20.
I got the same problem, "ReferenceError: llll is not defined" and "No existing sandbox found.  Preparing sandbox to start on game activity" I erased all my script and it still there... I tried to copied my game but no change. what are my option?

Try disabling your character sheet. All character sheet sheet workers are executed in the API Sandbox, so they can cause issues that the browser is more forgiving of. Disabling the sheet will let you rule that out.
The "No existing sandbox found.  Preparing sandbox to start on game activity" follows on all my games... I have to disabling my character sheet on each one?

Just try it on one for now.  API is failing on ALL of your games?  That's very peculiar.

Charles B.  said: The "No existing sandbox found.  Preparing sandbox to start on game activity" follows on all my games... I have to disabling my character sheet on each one? Just making sure Charles, your tabletop is open at the time? The message "No existing sandbox found.  Preparing sandbox to start on game activity" is perfectly normal and expected if your game tabletop is not launched; before you have hit Launch Game in another window. I checked the statements from Kris K above and it was clear he's saying he has that message even with the tabletop launched.

Just checking one final thing Kris, since I didn't see it specifically mentioned. Have you tried without running any extensions? Some Antivirus software, and Last Pass users have reported conflicts. Oh, and check your PMs for more details.
I have tried turning all extensions off, as well as my antivirus.
