Is there any rpgs I can play only through text messages on the phone?

Hi, I’m very new to role playing games and very new to roll20 so I apologize if I’m sounding very lost.  I want to play any kind of “pen and paper” rpg with my brother. However he lives in Japan and I live in Sweden. I have a one year old and we both have full time jobs and the time difference is terrible. We’ve tried playing over zoom but for now it’s just to hard finding time. So I was thinking maybe we can play a very simple version of any kind of beginner rpg over text messages. I can send a text and he can reply whenever he’s got time and so on. It can be suuuper basic it doesn’t matter. The simpler the better.  Is there any recommendations on a game that would fit this? How can we use roll20 for this purpose?  Thanks for all the help and sorry for not knowing anything about this.

This is a question better asked on Reddit or some other gaming website.  The Roll20 forums are intended for discussion of Roll20, not RPGs.  You'll get much better answers elsewhere.
