Is there a way to "copy paste" characters or map from a campaign to another

Is it moved somewhere else ?

The Transmogrifier is a perk at the Pro subscriber tier. It looks like you are only at the Plus level right now.

As a plus user, you could use the Character Vault to move character between any games(created by you or others), while the Transmogrifier is a pro feature for moving any content between games you've created.
