Eclipse Phase 2.0 Generic Invite

*Will be using Discord

**This game will be 2nd edition Open Beta. Changes to characters and mechanics have been made from First Edition.

***Ignore what the Players Needed says, The Quick-Start comes with 4 pregens, so 4 players.

****Eclipse Phase Quick-Start: "MInd the WMD" will be a two-session game.

I will be running an Eclipse Phase 2.0, open beta game. I have converted the EP1 quickstart to EP 2.0. “Mind the WMD” is the adventure. Players new to Eclipse Phase are welcome. The will be a Sat game and starts at 2 pm PST. PST is something like -8 GMT.I am giving each game session 3 hours with a 3 ½ hours hard limit.I prefer running games every other week. Here is the schedule.

Wed game: 1st session, Feb 31st 5 pm. 2nd session Feb 14th 5 pm.

Sat game: 1st session, Feb 3rd 2 pm. 2nd session Feb 17th 2 pm.

I have run a couple of games using the EP 2.0 open beta so I do some experience as of now.Whereas I would say expect the games to be rules and setting lite; I am running these games to get used to the new game mechanics. Anyone that wants to play let me know, in a sentence or so, what your knowledge or experience with the game is. Keep in mind that I am going to attempt to follow the game’s rules and to find reasons to apply them so I can get more practice. If you are looking to learn how to play this is a good time to learn.

The game is for 2-4 players; so as long as I have 2 players I will run the game.

If you have questions or comments feel free to post.

Pregens are:
1) Male Criminal Con Artist using Sylph Morph
2) Female Anarchist Saboteur using Ghost Morph
3) Female Scum Techie using Splicer Morph
4) Male Brinker Security Specialist using Bouncer Morph

Sylph Morph
Sylph morphs are tailor-made for media icons, elite socialites,
XP stars, models and narcissists. Sylph gene sequences
are specifically designed for distinctive good looks. Ethereal
and elfin features are common, with slim and lithe bodies.
Striking Looks: The character receives a +10 modifier on
social skill tests where the sylph’s beauty is an influencing
factor. This is only applicable against other biomorphs (but
not uplifts).

Ghost Morph
Ghost morphs are designed for stealth and combat infiltration.
Their genetic profile encourages speed, agility and reflexes,
and their minds are modified for patience and problem-solving.

Menton Morph
Mentons are genetically modified to increase cognitive abilities, particularly learning ability, creativity, attentiveness, and memory. They are favored by academics, intellectuals, scientists, and engineers..

Bouncer Morph
Bouncers are humans genetically adapted for zero-G and microgravity
environments. Their legs are more limber, and their feet
can grasp as well as their hands.
Limber: Bouncers are especially flexible and supple, and so receive
a +10 modifier on any test involving contortion or flexibility,
such as escaping from bonds or squeezing through small spaces.
