Ancient texts state that the universe of Singularity suffered a great catastrophe ages upon ages ago in the past. At that time two highly advanced technological Factions were deadlocked in a vast endless conflict. The Great Calamity, as this event is now known, occurred when one of the Factions used a gravitational distortion weapon of immeasurable power to destroy the other whom they had trapped at the center of the Singularity galaxy. The distortion weapon created a Singularity or dimensional rupture of colossal size and of a power beyond measure. The distortion energy created by the rupture, rippled outward from the core of the Singularity universe creating havoc and devastation in its wake.

25,000 galactic cycles have passed, but the scars of the last great war are still evident as dimensional ripple effects still continue to shake and tear through the verse. These spatial anomalies take shape as Singularity Events opening spatial distortions in the fabric of space. Over the ages these holes to other dimensions have captured other races and beings not native to this cosmos and trapped them here, in the Universe of SINGULARITY.

SINGULARITY SPACE OPERA ANIME RPG.
The game universe of Singularity is a unique Space Opera RPG setting with a blend of popular anime styled Factions and Cultural Genres. The various Factions of the Singularity "Verse" compete for territory, resources and political supremacy in a ever changing and unstable galaxy.
Racial Factions include high tech Cyberpunk Bio-Engineered Clone Zeniri, the Steampunk-esque Victorians, the human Terrans, the merchant Diva's of the Lolita and Gothica, the Feline or Bestial Morblins, the nano-virus infected Vampiric, the honorable order of Fae Bio-Organic Knights and the clans of Samurai or Cybernetic Shinobi Evanrill space elves.

Characters and Individuals can battle members of other factions as Space Pirates, Warriors or Mercenaries. Others may be Scientists, Archeologists and Explorers searching through space for lost technology or valuable resources. And some may take to the life of being a Merchant Trader, Smuggler, or Bounty Hunter. Opportunities abound in the Singularity universe!

FACTION LIST --
Factions in Singularity Represent the 8 different cultural racial Factions in the Singularity Universe. Some Factions are Allied or share the same territory with each other. Others are at war or at odds with each other politically or economically.
The Singularity Universe is an unbalanced world of several different levels of Technology, Sciences and Races. Many of whom posses powers or physical abilities far beyond the human norm. These unbalances were created on purpose to represent the uneven powers a more diverse and technologically superior race or culture would include.

Factions of the Singularity
FACTIONS

ZENIRITH -
A race of extremely technologically advanced Genetically Engineered Clone Bio-Constructs
They are the most advanced and powerful Faction in the Singularity Verse.
TERRANS -
A race of Humans. Terrans have a large population which is spreading widely into the Verse.
VICTORIANS -
Another race of Humans that use archaic Steam Power as a primary energy source. One of the most rapidly technologically advancing Factions.
VAMPIRIC -
The Vampir, Vampiric known to many ancient cultures simply as Vampires. An ancient race infected with a nano-machine virus. The feed and live off of organic beings, primarily human cultures.
LOLI- GOTHICA -
A race of genetically altered and advanced humans. They have an unnatural physical beauty, charismatic aura and some of the most intriguing and amazing wardrobes in the Singularity universe.
FAELIN -
A large Fairy type race of honorable Knights and Warriors. of beings whose society has developed advanced bio-organic technology and science.
MORBLIN -
A beast-like race of intelligent beings that are gifted by being genetically invested with various Bestial traits with vast genetic characteristics. Best described as Beastmen, or non-humanoids
EVANRILL -
A race of space Elvan. They share a culture similar to feudal Japan. Nobility mixed with Samurai and Shinobi type warriors. Based around a caste system of social classes.

It is a Space Opera game that uses D6 based type of system in an original universe with several different Factions or races. The game system is a common version of rolling D6 dice versus target numbers to determine success or failure of an action or skill. Singularity uses a Rating based D6 Rule System similar or with common familiar traits of other established RPG games.

Players have been playtesting and updating the game rules since (Feb 2014) and after a few months we are about to start using the new revised and updated rule book. The universe of Singularity is a cyberpunk future setting with a variety of Faction races. Setting Content and Lore is complete and makes an fun and original Verse. The New Rule Book updates will cover Character Creation, Starship Creation, Gear, and both Character and Starship Combat. We will continue to be using Roll20 to playtest and find fellow Sci-Fi rpg gaming friends. ^__^
