The Price of Greed

Starting in a small village called Hadina in the Azadan Desert, surrounded on all sides by endless stretches of sand and suffocating heat, the only shaded respite are the sharp jagged rocks that splinter out from the ground. Hadina was built on a small oasis, and with this precious water has managed to grow into a livable place - however others do live further out under the rocks and in their sandstone shacks.

One of the Hadina's most prominent merchants is the male dwarf named Erias Malbek. He usually keeps to himself, associating only with his close friends and colleagues - and it is rumored that the wealth he secures is not just from the clay goods he trades.

On one particular evening, as you lap up the spiced liquor - Erias suggests he wants to have a word - in private - and to many a surprise... about "work".
