Trials of DND, D&D 5E 101

Trials of DND is a Official Canadian Nonprofit Organization, focusing on spreading DND to all people over the world. We have players from Europe, North and South America, Asia, Africa, UK, Australia, and many others. COME JOIN US! We are literally designed to help new players and new dms get on their feet and start running and playing games.

Our intention is to create a community of Dms and players to try the game and have fun and support each other throughout learning the game.

Join this game for any of the following reasons:

1. You are new to dnd and want a patient dm to show you the ropes. I am doing this mainly to spread this amazing hobby we have.

2. For people who have had toxic experiences in dnd with players or a dm and want to try something different.

3.Want to create a small community of supportive and reliable Dms and players to play together and have lots of fun!

Quick tips for player applications: I require name, age, a class or race (From Wizards of the coast content), and a little blurb about your character. Please place them in the Applications section. If you don't follow the guidelines, we wont be looking at the application. Please post within the Player Application section. If you are too incompetent to read the instructions and follow them, obviously we won't be looking at your application. The same applies for Dm applications.

Quick tips for Dm application: An introduction of yourself and a bit about your Dm style. We are looking for easy going beginners and veterans who are happy to experiment, teach, and work with a diverse crew of players that consist of mostly beginners. We are also here to help prospective players learn the rope of dming.

Our page currently consists of a
1. Warriors of Improv, a improvised game that is intended to teach dming and playing the game of 5e. Topics include: How to dm, the rules of 5e, basics of roleplaying, and using the roll20 system all while playing through a fun wacky story.
2. Weekly one shots
3. Friendly community discussion on video games, movies, comic books, anime, and dnd fandoms (critical role, dimension 20, others)
4. A westmarch run by multiple dms in the 5e ruleset.
5. Long Term campaigns looking for players or opportunities to make long term groups yourself
