Basic Fantasy RPG

Please read the listing carefully so you know what I'm trying to offer and we can all enter the game with expectations in the right place. The Basic Fantasy RPG rules are completely free in PDF form! Simply Google the game.

I'm looking to DM some Basic Fantasy RPG. This will be my first time DM'ing this particular system! I have quite a bit of experience DM'ing D&D 5e, but I want to branch out a bit, and I like the sound of this system. This means that things might at times be a little slow as I haven't play-tested the rules. The system doesn't seem overly complicated, but still, it might not immediately be a smooth ride.

I am also not used to the Roll20 software, so I want to keep it basic. I will probably just use the free tokens and then free-hand draw on the board as needed. Very minimalist. Systems like BFRPG don't suffer from this approach, I think, so if you can live with a basic layout then that's great. :)

I imagine that we could create characters together. It's very fast in BFRPG, and will give us a good feel for it. We will then jump into a simple adventure and see where it takes us! Time zone is Central European Time. Please let me know below if you have any experience with BFRPG, or OSR in general. It might be good to have an experienced player or two on board, but we'll figure it out regardless. Please write a bit about yourself, expectations and experience. Also, I have read countless insane stories about online games; don't be a weirdo. Let me know if you have questions. Thanks!
