Beneath the Ruins of Firestone Keep | 5E

A classic dungeon-crawl adventure for those who want to see their characters in action. This is a two-shot adventure, and should cover two sessions of 3 to 5 hours of play with breaks in-between. Please do not apply if you cannot make two sessions.

Everyone is welcome, I'll be leaving a template for applications down below. We'll be starting off with a group of 4, but 5 or 6 players is not out of the question.We'll be using Discord for voice in this game. You'll be sent a discord invite via Roll20 when you are accepted.

A short adventure for parties of 3rd level

Story:
Our story takes place in Faerun, within the small county of Elmeran. Lord Blackmoor's son has been kidnapped, and is being held in the crypts beneath an ancient fortress. Can our heroes rescue the boy before he is sacrificed in a diabolical ceremony?

Gameplay:
Beneath the Ruins of Firestone Keep is a good old-fashioned dungeon crawl, with plenty of fights, plenty of treasure and more than a few tricks and twists! This adventure is designed for 1st-3rd level characters, and will take 3-6 hours to complete.

Char Creation:
  1. Character starts at Level 3, with 27 point buy
  2. 150gp starting wealth plus default equipment from class & background
  3. Roll your hit die for HP gain on level 2 and 3. If you roll lower than average, you may take average instead.
  4. All 1st Party Content Allowed, UA content allowed with permission except Mystic.
  5. All races allowed, except those with flight speed or magic resistance
  6. List of allowed homebrew classes: Dragon Knight, Scholar, Gunslinger, Blood Hunter
  7. Each member has a reputation as a sellsword, mercenary, or adventurer. It is assumed that your character heard of the boy's disappearance and wants to succeed in rescuing him.
  8. No Evil characters
  9. The adventure begins with the party arriving at Etrari Estate, home of Lord Blackmoor and his family. The small village of Scanenuel lies to the south, the Gallean Mountains stand to the north, and wild untamed forests cover the east and west.
