Hey, welcome to Friday Night Tragic, or whatever dumb pun name you want to call it, I don't care. Basically, this was originally made for me and my friends to try out a bunch of games, but my friends kind of suck with the scheduling, so I'm opening this up to anyone who's cool.
The basic concept is that every Friday we play something rpg-ish, usually closer to the rules-light/indie side of things. If we can do the game in a one-shot, then we do that, if it's something more involved, then we do a mini-campaign of it, around five sessions. If we particularly enjoy one of these mini-campaigns, then we'll take a break from it, and then if we run that particular system again, we can pick up with the same characters and same world. Or we can forget that story ever happened and do something completely different!
Don't think you can reliably make up to five sessions in a row? Don't worry, Friday Night Tragic was conceived as a chill, low-effort, relaxed roleplaying environment. If you can make it, come along, I'm glad to see you. If you can't, fine, take a week off and do whatever you do.
The way games will work, is that I will start the game at around 7:00 PM EST, every Friday night. The first five (maybe six, depending on the game) players will be the ones playing that night. Those numbers are loose, and if we're running a game where more people wouldn't hurt, then I can probably make an exception, but I know my limit won't go too far past six.
If you've got a good idea for an adventure or want to be a GM sometime, you're more than welcome too, just make a thread and you and me will suss it out. I'd love to get a chance to play sometime.
So if this all sounds good to you, just post that you'd like to join in a topic down below!

I will be running this through Skype, because I'm not a big fan of Roll20's native support.
