First time DM looking to run my first DnD group. I have Been using Roll20 as a player for over a year and have a decent feeling for the platform and have decide to run my first game. I would like to find a group of 4-6 players to run through the adventure included in the Essentials Kit: The Dragon of Icespire Peak.

The Adventure

The Dragon of Icespire Peak is an Introductory adventure that's great for new players and gives you a little bit of everything, fun roleplay, exciting combat, some dungeon delving, all with the goal of slaying the Evil White Dragon Cryovain. The adventure is shorter but will looking to play weekly and it could take a few sessions. It runs from Lvl 1- 6 and if everyone is still having fun there are a couple add on quests included in the module we can extend things with, but this is a good get your feet wet basic D&D adventure.

"Driven from lands farther north by more powerful dragons, a young white dragon named Cryovain has descended upon the Sword Mountains, claiming the snow-capped range as its domain. Typical of its kind, Cryovain is dim-witted and cruel. The dragon patrols the skies around Icespire Peak, surveying its territory while hunting for food and easy treasure. With each passing day, the dragon’s domain grows as it ranges farther across the land, preying on anything it can catch with its claws or freeze to death with its icy breath. Sightings of the dragon are becoming more common, as are its attacks."

The GM

My name is Barry I am 31 years old and have been playing D&D for about 2 years and love the hobby. I have been using roll20 as for over a year and have a good understanding of the platform especially on the players side and am happy to help new players. This is my first time running the game as a DM so you might have to bear with me for a few things on the technically side, but I do have a good understanding of the rules and flow of the game.
Im not great at voices or anything Just like running the game and having a good time so dont expect Mercer or anything

Players

Id really like to find a group of newer players to run the adventure for but open all people interested. Looking for people who are serious about playing and are willing to meet every week. Yes things come up but this does take some work on my end and looking for people who really want to play. If something does come up let me know.

I'm looking for a group between 6 and 4, more than that and the game slows down especially in combat, even 6 is a lot but it makes it nice to still be able to play if 1 or 2 people cant make it. So i will take 6 players and maybe wait list a person or two if a player drops in the first week or two.

#Character Creation Rules
Like i said this is an introductory adventure and my first time DMing. Players can use anything from:
Players Handbook, Xanathars Guide, or Volos Guide, No Homebrew or Unearthed Arcana or any other books.
Stats will be Point Buy
Standard Starting Equipment
No Evil Characters/PVP/Stealing from Party Etc

The Game

We the will be Played Weekly on Wednesday at 7pm PST Starting November 6th. This will be a session zero where will go through character creation together and we will orient new players to roll20 and will run a little mock combat to get everyone oriented to roll20.

The rules are simple. We play rules as written, no extra rules, No Flanking, Feats are fine.
