Welcome! We will be playing the hoard of the dragon queen module.
To apply, post a message in the Player Applications thread of the discussion forum. State your name, skype name, and what times work best for you (3:30pm EDT Tuesday and/or Thursdays is optimal for me). Also, include a character sheet, such as one hosted on http://www.myth-weavers.com/. Any character using any class/race combination from the 5e player's handbook is valid unless I say otherwise. You can use either the standard array (i.e. 15, 14, 13, 12, 10 & 8) or 27 point buy for ability scores. Use the equipment assigned by your class and background (unless you get special permission from me to do otherwise). Create your own background story. I may modify the story a little (such as changing town names, etc) so that it fits in better to the campaign world.
This is my first time DMing a game, so please be patient with me as a try to learn the ropes. :) That being said, I think I'm up to the task of being a DM and will try to make the game as fun as possible for all players (yes, fun will be mandatory :P ).
Game session will be held through skype and roll20. Game will be kept to a PG-13 rating. All players need a working mic. A web cam is not needed. Combat will mostly be non-grid based "theater of the mind".
