The Mystery of Fidatov Manor

The city is running out of food, and winter is right around the corner...

Hello! Welcome to the adventure of, The Mystery of Fidatov Manor. This will be a one-shot game set in the realm of Barovia from the Curse of Strahd/Ravenloft setting. No spoilers for the main content of Curse of Strahd are in this game.

The setting: You are all part of the city guard, in the town of Krezk. In recent months, the amount of livestock kept around has been slowly dwindling. With winter around the corner, the city is in dire need of extra food and supplies, but none of the citizens dare leave the safety of the walls. You have been asked by the Burgomaster of Krezk to venture outside the town, and seek out food and supplies from a nearby estate, tucked deep into the woods.

What you can expect from me as DM:
-Attentive to players wants and wishes
-Strong knowledge of the rules and core guidelines, as well as most class features and racial abilities, for a smooth gaming experience.
-Interactive story telling with terrible voice acting by me :)

What I expect from players interested in joining:
-Be nice. Trolls have no place at my table or in my game.
-Respect your fellow party members - this story is about the group, not just your character.
-No racism/sexism/general bigotry.
-Able to speak English to a degree of understanding

I have the PHB and Xanathar's Guide loaded into this module, so feel free to choose any race/class from either of those two books. No UA or Homebrew allowed. Sorry!
