New York City is a jungle. A concrete jungle. And at night the jungle's creatures come out. Scavengers. Human rats. Scum traveling in packs, preying on the slow and weak.
But the packs are hunted too--by wolves. Lone wolves. SUPER HEROES who patrol the jungle paths alone. You can become Daredevil, the 'Man Without Fear', the beautiful but deadly Black Widow, or one of the "Heroes for Hire', Power Man or Iron Fist.
Your job? Prey on the predators who hunt the weak. If you succeed, the city is safe. But if you fail . . .
This is the old time 80s-90s Marvel Superheroes RPG. The games I create here will likely just be one-shots, unless a group of committed player(s) can be formed. When I run a one-shot players will be limited in which pre--generated characters they can use, based on the episode (adventure). Some adventures may be created that last for several episodes.
This is a game that is great for people who'd love to roleplay one of the known supers within the Marvel Universe. These games are not for creating your own character. They are short games, using key heroes within the Marvel Universe for an adventure. Once the episode is over, you may wish to participate in another, which I'll be glad to run, but this game isn't necessarily for creating a character and running a lengthy campaign for their character.
New players are welcome, you'll likely learn on the fly (in-game) as you play through the episode.
Currently I'm looking for 4 players to portray four specific Marvel supers in a limited episode 'adventure'. The characters are Daredevil, Black Widow, Power Man, and Iron Fist. This adventure was designed specifically with these characters in mind. I am imagining it will take several sessions to complete this limited 'issue' series. Based on what I have read maybe as little as 7 but dependent on the pace of the sessions it could be more sessions.
