A Tale of Iasthai

Its one of the tri-annual celebrations before the Reclaimer exam begins in Perun. Yet, there's an ominous air around the festival. There are portents on the wind of the cataclysm returning, and ending the current age along with perhaps the world itself. A red meteor has appeared in the sky, blazing a trail across it for the past year. The festival is always lively, but the stakes feel higher to everyone there.

To add to this, there are rumors that have been swirling around the festival. A fortune teller has arrived, an Aurum-Te with bright blue hair. Usually fortune tellers have no particular portent to them, but this one is special. Its said that her predictions always come true, no matter what they may be. By her own word, she's there to find a warrior, someone who will go on a great adventure with her and save the world from the oncoming cataclysm. But could a fortune teller really be so accurate?

Into this swirling scenario stands... You! Someone seeking to become a Reclaimer, enjoying the festivities before they set off for Orvus to undertake the test.

A Tale of Iasthai is a game that has some classic JRPG flavoring, the party is encouraged to be very diverse. I encourage highly that you read the setting document
(https://docs.google.com/document/d/1K7l3w5Ym9UANE9GoEBdaaXAglJSX2mo2TokSvPx6Btw/edit?usp=sharing) I have provided, it provides the races as well as a large amount of information about the settings that you will need. There's a lot of homebrew and 3rd party material at play here as well, so expect a very nonstandard game.

This game intends to use voice chat over Discord to facilitate combat. Will take place on Thursdays or Fridays at around 7pm est.
