Scorched Faith

NOTE: Ignore the amount of players, there are inactives that we are trying to replace.
This land has been scorched, not by the fires of hell- but the wear of battle. The Wasteland wasn't created by an alchemical explosion, but rather the Angelic and Hellish trying to kill each other. Some call it apocalypse, other the Rapture. Sure, many 'Ascended'. Except there was no 'Heaven' to go to. Conscription is a better word for it. See, the forces at war here aren't as simple as Good and Evil. Angels are no Saints, and Demons are no sadists. They are just like every other living thing, there are good and there are bad.
The Angelic are known as the 'Ascended'. They believe in Prosperity through control. There is no 'God' in command, instead there is a council of generals. They fight over the Wasteland because they want to 'Ascend' its inhabitants and extend their near tyranical grasp on all. At least that's what the generals want, that particular view isn't nearly as widespread as they'd like. Most Ascended controlled areas are very strict, but not dominating.
The Hellish are known as the 'Fallen'. They believe in prosperity through Progress. No devil or Lucifer commands them, instead a small band of powerful leaders who are equally greedy as they are humble. They fight over the Wasteland to repel the controlling Ascended, as well as milk the land for all its worth- be it taxing it into the ground or mining its valuables. As with the Ascended, these views aren't particularly popular among Fallen controlled areas, mainly just the mines and rich cities.
And then there's the neutrals. They remain unnamed because why bother giving yourself a name if you don't want to fight for any particular view? Neutrals tend to be mercenaries, sometimes lending their blades to the other factions if their morales align. There is no leader, though there are plenty of powerful names.

This is an E6 Pathfinder game with plenty of custom options. Date is negotiable, time is not. I'd rather only 18+ apply but I don't judge by age.
