Dark Heresy 2e: The Avatar Countermeasures

The Imperium lost contact with a star system more than two thousand years ago. It was recently rediscovered, but attempts to investigate it have been stymied by an interplanetary defence system which prevents capital ships from approaching the inhabited planets. The Inquisition are sending a team of Acolytes to secure control of the weapon and bring the star system back under the protection of the Emperor.
