DragonLance Age of Despair 5e d&d

Campaign Update: 02/17/16: our Dragonlance game is in full swing. We are still looking for 1 or 2 Dragonlance fans who want to join the epic adventure.

Ideally I would like 4-8 committed dragonlance fans to play about every other Friday (2-3 times per month). as players and DM schedule permit. send me a message or email abqdragonlance@gmail.com if you want to join the epic campaign.

The players character are now 3rd and 4th level. players may start with a new characters or play an Iconic hero from the books.

We are at the beginning of the War of the Lance and will be playing through the old modules with a few new twists and surprises.

At this time we have about 6 companions who have embarked on a grand adventure. As of this post no true clerics of light have been found.
Our companions have reached 3rd level so far. as the storm clouds of war seem to be gathering.
Also, Look for more Dragonlance campaigns in the future.

Join the epic adventure. This Dragonlance campaign will begin with new 1st level heroes in a prelude prior to the war of the lance, it will progress through the war of the lance and beyond to high level. the adventure will also explore other lesser known areas of Krynn.
(spoiler alert: we will play through the 12 original modules) players may create new PCs or play one of the Iconic heroes. (Raistlin, Goldmoon, etc) we will be playing with 5th edition rules. This campaign will focus on "Role Playing" vs. roll playing. the party will be limited to 4-6 players. A knowledge of Krynn and familiarity with the dragonlance novels is helpful but not required.

This will be a family friendly game, so keep it PG please.
character creation: use 27 point buy min 8- max 15,

Alignments allowed: any Good, lawful neutral,and true neutral.
allowable races: humans, kender, hill dwarf, qualinesti elf, rock gnome, half-elf
allowable classes: Barbarians, fighters, rangers, paladins, rogues, wizards, bards of branchala, clerics and druids

no warlocks, or sorcerers, and definitely no orcs allowed.
