Journey to a new land

0.we are running 5e, i allow custom classes but will object to anything i think is OP.
b. this is going to be mostly theater of the mind, with combat being on a map if necessary (it usually is)

1. This campaign will be a post apocalyptic world recovering from a long time of stasis but which has recently begun to retake previously lost land and is expanding. players will be part of an initial expedition looking to re-conquer some land. there will be a rustic base camp with a number of NPCs and the group will be tasked with finding any nearby danger and dealing with it. if you are interested, please put your experience with tabletop games and storytelling in general. feel free to describe your play style, your self, and anything else about you personally. please do not link a pre-made character as you don't have the full details and character creation is something to discuss with everyone. Please also provide a description of what you do, where your from, and your availability.

2. I am looking for 3 more PCs for a total number of 5. players must be able to consistently make saturday mornings EST at 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM EST. I anticipate games to last about 3-4 hours and the campaign to last around 10-15 sessions.

3. This is a Roll-playing game and is not necessarily combat heavy, that is not the main focus of this campaign. I am looking for players that understand combat is not the only way to solve issues and who are willing to be creative in their problem solving approaches.

4. No rules lawyers, no trolls, i dont care about stupid minor details that are irrelevant and slow down the game nor do i want to play with those who enjoy disrupting everyone else's enjoyment. if the character personality you like to play is an asshole, i dont want to play with you.

5. All players must have a Mic and a Camera, both may be necessary for some sessions. Promptness is a sign of respect for other people's time and efforts, conversely tardiness is disrespectful, especially when people have lives and responsibilities outside of this game. (to weed out individuals who don't read well please make sure to title your response with the first letter of your first name as it appears in roll20; Thus, a person named william should title his response "will this be OK?", but if he titles it "I cant wait to play" it will not be read.Everyone must be respectful of other's time.

6. This Campaign will feature adult language and adult content, 18+ is appreciated but not absolutely necessary if you are mature and can handle being an adult.
