Lost Mine of Phandelver

Meet Me in Phandalin!

In the city of Neverwinter, your patron and friend, Gundren Rockseeker, hires you to escort a wagon to Phandalin. Gundren has gone ahead with a warrior, Sildar Hallwinter, to attend to business in the town while you follow with the supplies. This simple task becomes a great adventure when a mysterious figure weaves a twisted web. Unravel the mystery, battle mythic creatures, and save your friends as you discover the true nature of...The Lost Mine of Phandelver.

The Game

This is a Dungeons and Dragons 5th Edition game for 4-5 players. It is intended for players with little to no experience with D&D. I'll be your Dungeon Master (DM) and guide you through the adventure, but also teach you how the game works, how to best use Roll20, and make a memorable and fun experience for all!

Lost Mine of Phandelver is easily one of the best adventures created for 5th Edition, and is probably the best introduction for new players. It has won several awards, and ranks among the most popular and well-regarded modules ever created.

Why Pay?

One of the biggest issues in D&D is lack of commitment. Life gets in the way, schedules change, and many (if not most) games fizzle out before they can be completed. That is a truly unsatisfying feeling, and that's what you're paying to avoid! People who pay to play are showing their commitment to the game, and to the other players, and I will make the experience the best I possibly can in order to honor that commitment.

You're also paying for my experience (5+ years as DM for 5th Edition, many more as a player and in other systems), which has taught me how to go above and beyond to make a great game for my players. I have added many extras to the game (music, sound effects, lighting effects, specialized maps, special tokens, extra game options), and I make the experience unique by adding my own flair (voices, dramatic storytelling, combat descriptions) and by ensuring that you get the gaming experience you want (personalized connection of your character to the story, responding to feedback, allowing for many playstyles).

You will also find my pricing is very competitive with other professional DM's on Roll20, and the first session (often called session 0) is free. In this first session we will create your characters, introduce you to the system and the game, and you will get a feel for the other players and what to expect before you make a commitment.
