What I expect from my players
No bullying, sexism, racism, homophobia. Please behave like adults or else I will be forced to remove you. Roleplaying is strongly encouraged, but do not feel pressured to put on a voice for your character if you aren't comfortable doing it.
I expect you all to turn up on time and ready to play, I understand that life gets in the way, so as long as you give me fair warning that you can't make a session or will be late then all will be well.
I do not require you to have your cam on or show your face but a decent headset is a must. If you have issues with the way I run the game or rules on mechanics feel free to ask.
If I make a decision or give a ruling on a rule and I'm wrong, then please don't argue about it, we can always fix it after the game so in future sessions we will be on the same page

Why is my game worth the money?
I am a hard working GM who only wants to give my players the best story, maps, token, descriptions and immersive experience I can.
If i can create the story narrative to include your character's backstories so you feel as if the story is yours I will, after all, you are the heroes.

What is my Gm style?
I don't use Alignment. I feel player's should just play their character's however they see them, whether that be a stalwart hero or a deranged murder hobo. Just be aware, if you choose to be the murder hobo type then expect appropriate action to be taken by the relevant authority of the land, you may find yourselves chased across the world by a group of mighty paladins sent to deal with the new threat you have caused with your despicable actions.
I try to use different character voices where I can to give the NPC's you interact with a sense of realism that your characters can fully engage with.
I don't not run games that use overt uses of sexual violence/torture.

Inter-party conflict
This can be fun within limits, but open pvp within the group is a no-no, if you wish to play a character that is going to knowingly be a problem then play something different, everyone needs to enjoy the game, not just one.

Backstories
I enjoy PC's having backgrounds that I can cherry pick bits and pieces from to weave into the story, so feel free to make an in depth backstory, but please don't write a novel, a page or two is all that's really needed.

Houserules
I allow player's to use a potion as a bonus action provided you have it in your hand or on a belt. If it's in your back then it will take an action to get out of your back then a bonus to use.

I don't use "fumble" charts but if a player roll Double 1's/20's (Advantage/disadvantage always toggled) I like to add something extra to that particular roll just to show off the uniqueness of the attempt.

I choose not to use "flanking" as this starts to feel more like chess than D&D.

When rolling Hit Dice or healing any "1's" on a die become "2's", everyone hate's rolling 1's

Pay2Play
This is a pay2play game and all sessions will be charged at £10 per session weekly or £35 if you wish to pay monthly. All payments are made to my Paypal in (£) pounds sterling please make sure you deposit in the correct currency when making payments.

Testimonials
"A fantastic DM with a natural talent for spinning engaging stories with personal touches for each character, who also knows how to balance story, combat and RP to perfection" - Mara

"I've been playing with him for a couple years now and I can say that the way he DM's games is fun but also fair. He allows a lot of free space to allow players to do what they want but stops them from doing anything too insane to allow the players to follow the right track. Overall, I very much enjoy his style and would definitely recommend him as a DM" -Inkfamous

"GMRedBear is a wonderful GM, his games are always Interesting and exciting, I especially love the puzzles, seamless lore, descriptions and open sandbox for playing and exploring in my game with him that really immerses you into it and makes it so enjoyable. " -ScottishDamo
